Why Action Fire
Action Fire was founded by Lou Gonzales and Todd Newsom.
Lou carries a NICET IV certification and has 30 years of experience designing, estimating, and managing fire sprinkler projects. He started in the field in 1997, worked his way up through every level of the trade, and opened a regional office from nothing that he grew to $6 million in five years. When the company was acquired and the new ownership no longer aligned with how he believes in running a business, he walked away to build something better.
Todd is a disabled service veteran who brings years of fire protection field experience and operational discipline to Action Fire. He and Lou first teamed up in 2004 with a local fire protection company in the Pacific Northwest, and when it came time to start something new, Lou was the first call that Todd made.
